Webinar announcement: Disability Waiver Rate System (DWRS) 2023 Virtual Quarterly Meetings

DHS holds these quarterly webinars for anyone interested in DWRS. Participants will have an opportunity to give feedback on this event and suggest topics for future meetings.

Learning objectives

After the session, participants will be able to:

• Explain how Bureau of Labor Statistics numbers and the Consumer Price Index affect waiver rates.
• Discuss multiple aspects of cost reporting updates.
• Talk about direct care worker compensation thresholds.

Target audience

All interested parties, including:

• Providers
• Lead agency staff members
• People who receive services
• Direct care workers.

Registration information

Register using TrainLink

You must have a unique key to register and receive credit for training.
Note: TrainLink does not allow same-day registration.

Steps

• Go to TrainLink.
• Under “Learning Centers,” select Disability Services.
• Sign on in the upper-right corner.
• Enter your unique key.
• Select Upcoming webinars/Live training.
• Select All DSD classes.
• Search DWRS or DWRS600.
• Select a session.
• Select Enroll in this class in the upper right and follow the registration instructions.
