Join DHS for the Advancing Your Skills: Enhancing Support Plans webinar series. Each webinar will focus on an advanced topic related to support planning. Sessions will include current information and resources about support planning from the Aging and Adult Services (AASD) and Disability Services (DSD) divisions.

DHS will create online self-paced training modules about support planning from our 2024 webinars. We will use participant feedback to update and clarify past topics.

Topics

Episode 4 will:

• Focus on an advanced topic related to support planning.
• Include current information and resources about support planning.

Target audience

New and experienced staff from lead agencies, tribal nations and contracted agencies who use the MnCHOICES Support Plan, including:

• Waiver case managers.
• Care coordinators.
• Certified assessors.
• Other staff members who support the positions above.

Register using TrainLink

You must have a unique key to register and receive credit for training.
Note: TrainLink does not allow same-day registration.

Steps

• Go to TrainLink.
• Under “Learning Centers,” select Disability Services.
• Sign on in the upper-right corner.
• Enter your unique key.
• Select Upcoming webinars/Live training.
• Select All DSD classes.
• Search “Advancing your skills” or “DSD700.”
• Select a session.
• Select Enroll in this class in the upper right and follow the registration instructions.
