Webinar announcement: Consumer directed community supports (CDCS) unbundling project

This webinar covers the CDCS unbundling project, which splits two current CDCS service categories and adds two new service categories.

Each webinar session:

• Explains why DHS is changing the CDCS service categories.
• Describes the CDCS service categories.
• Shares implementation information.
• Clarifies CDCS policy.

After this webinar, participants will be able to:

• Understand the CDCS unbundling project.
• Identify the CDCS service category changes and policy clarifications.
• Understand provider qualifications for each CDCS category.
• Explain the changes to people who use waivers.
• Follow DHS guidance to implement the changes.

Register using TrainLink

Steps

• Go to TrainLink.
• Under “Learning Centers,” select Disability Services.
• Sign on in the upper-right corner.
• Enter your unique key.
• Select Upcoming webinars/Live training.
• Select All DSD Sessions.
• Search “CDCS” or “DS402.”
• Select a session.
• Select Enroll in this class in the upper right and follow the registration instructions.
