DHS requests feedback on provider agency reimbursement for worker wages for overtime hours. We want to know about the possible impact on workers and people who receive services if DHS allowed provider agencies to receive reimbursement for worker wages for:

  • · Overtime hours.
  • · Overnight hours while awake.
  • · Overnight hours while asleep.
  • · Shifts up to 80 consecutive hours.
  • Survey

To provide feedback, refer to DHS – Worker survey for Minnesota CFSS.

    Background information

DHS is exploring possible reimbursement options for provider agencies for worker wages for overtime, overnight hours while awake, overnight hours while asleep and shifts up to 80 consecutive hours. We plan to present select options to the legislature. The legislature will decide any changes to implement. DHS will send an eList announcement to announce any changes.
