Webinar announcement: Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Cost Reporting Demonstration and Question and Answer (Q&A)

DHS’ CFSS Cost Reporting Team will host three webinars that include demonstrations and Q&A sessions about cost reporting for PCA and CFSS agency model providers.

We will cover the following topics:

• PCA/CFSS cost reporting overview.
• PCA/CFSS cost reporting online system demonstration, including how to sign on and enter data into the system.
• Reporting requirements.
• Specific information for PCA and CFSS agency model providers.
• CFSS Cost Reporting Team contact information.

For more information (e.g., workbooks, manuals, project updates), refer to DHS – CFSS cost reporting.

Note: Each session will cover the same information. Participants only need to attend one of the three sessions.

After the session, participants will be able to:

• Sign on and enter information into the PCA/CFSS cost reporting system.
• Find online materials to learn more about cost reporting.
• Answer common questions about cost reporting.
• Know where to go with specific questions.
