  • · People who wish to provide public testimony either in-person or virtually at an LTSS Advisory Council meeting must sign up to do so when requested by the facilitator during the meeting at the appointed time on the agenda, 2:30 p.m.
  • · Virtual attendees enter name and organization (if applicable) in the Zoom chat.
  • · In-person attendees enter name and organization (if applicable) on the form provided in the meeting room.
  • · The facilitator will call on people to provide public comment in the order in which they signed up on the day of the meeting.
  • · The facilitator will ask speakers to identify themselves by name and whom they represent (as applicable) when they speak.
  • · Speakers are limited to three minutes for their comment.
