Public comment process

· People who wish to provide public testimony either in-person or virtually at an LTSS Advisory Council meeting must sign up to do so when requested by the facilitator during the meeting at the appointed time on the agenda, 2:30 p.m.

· Virtual attendees enter name and organization (if applicable) in the Zoom chat.

· In-person attendees enter name and organization (if applicable) on form provided in physical meeting room.

· The facilitator will call on people to provide public comment in the order they have signed up on the day of the meeting.

· The facilitator will ask speakers to identify themselves by name and whom they represent (as applicable) when they speak.

· Speakers are limited to three minutes when providing their comment.
