12.6.10 Correction Order Notices - Provider

ISSUE DATE: 03/2024

The department may issue an order of corrective action informing a child care provider of child care assistance violations that must be corrected.

When the department issues an order of corrective action, the notice:

  • · Typically contains the alleged violations and requests that the provider submit, in writing, notice of how these violations have been corrected and the date the provider made the correction.
  • · Informs the provider of their right to request reconsideration.
