12.6.10 Correction Order Notices - Provider
ISSUE DATE: 03/2024
The department may issue an order of corrective action informing a child care provider of child care assistance violations that must be corrected.
When the department issues an order of corrective action, the notice:
· Typically contains the alleged violations and requests that the provider submit, in writing, notice of how these violations have been corrected and the date the provider made the correction.· Informs the provider of their right to request reconsideration.For information on:
