This page is a resource for counties, tribal nations and CFSS providers when people using CFSS experience changes in the middle of their service year. It applies to CFSS services only.

This page includes information about:

  • · Changes for people not on a wavier/Alternative Care (AC) (type B CFSS).
  • · Changes for people on a waiver/AC.
  • For information about people using CFSS through their managed care organization (MCO), refer to CFSS Manual – Resource: CFSS mid-year changes for people age 65 or older who are enrolled in an MCO.

    Changes for people not on a waiver/AC (type B CFSS)

    The county/tribal nation can make changes to a type B CFSS service agreement (SA) with a T1023 line on the ASA3 screen using PCA1 security group for up to 183 days after the date in the AGMT START DT field on the ASA1 screen in MMIS.
