Adoption - County The Data clean-up message, "Enter the *Primary* special need for this adopted child" was navigating to the wrong screen.The Data clean-up message, "Enter the *Primary* special need for this adopted child" correctly navigates to the Barriers to Adoption screen.
Adoption - County The Adoptive Placement Verification screen did not accept the verification date to be the same as the placement start date.The Adoptive Placement Verification screen was updated to accept a verification date on or after the placement start date.
Architecture - SSIS»»»Architecture: Using the mouse scroll wheel sometimes changed values in a drop-down list when the mouse was on another field or empty space.The mouse scroll wheel is disabled in drop-down lists until the arrow key is selected to display the list options.
Bus Org./Provider Business Organization: The merge prompt displayed cut off text for the second Business Organization.Text no longer displays cut off.
Bus Org./Provider Business Organization: The Print Detail Report section titled "Business Organization Information > Comments" printed text overlapping onto the next line. This occurred when over 105 characters were added to the "Comments" field on the General Information tab.The "Comments" no longer overlaps onto the next line when over 105 characters are added to the field.
Bus Org./Provider Business Organization: The required field prompt for a blank "Type" field in an address entry displayed as "Type Code" instead of the field name.The prompt for the required field displays "Type".
Bus Org./Provider Business Organization > Professional Collaterals: When merging two "Professional Collaterals", the deleted name displayed in the treeview and the grid until the screen was manually refreshed.The deleted "Professional Collateral" is removed from the treeview and grid after the merge prompt.
Bus Org./Provider Business Organization: Entering letters in the "Federal Tax ID" field for a Business Organization Search caused an error message to display.The error message no longer displays when using letters for a search.
Bus Org./Provider Business Organization: The Print Detail Report displayed text overlapping onto the next line in the "Address(es)" section. Some of the "In Care Of" column text was cut off, and the "End Date" displayed formatting inconsistent with other date fields. The "Phone(es)" label was spelled incorrectly.The "Address(es)" section and "In Care Of" column expand to accommodate longer lines of text. The "End Date" prints with the mm/dd/yyyy format. The "Phone(s)" label displays the correct spelling.
Bus Org./Provider Business Organization: Canceled Address entries with missing "Type" or "Effective Date" information continued to display in the treeview and in the grid. Selecting the "Remove" option brought up error messages and locked the workstation.Canceled Address entries are removed from the treeview and grid.
Bus Org./Provider Business Organization: The Print Grid header displayed the selected search parameters in the incorrect order. Some of the unselected search parameters displayed on print, and checkboxes displayed a "Y" or "N" instead of the full word. The "License Type", "License Status", and "Service" labels displayed a code rather than the value used on the search screen.The Print Grid header for a Business Organization search displays only the selected search parameters, full word answers for checkboxes, the correct order, and the description for dropdown menu selections.
Child Maltreatment»»»Maltreatment Disposition Summary report: Labels referencing "Services Jointly Agreed Upon" needed to be updated to "Family Support Services Requested".Report labels were updated from "Services Jointly Agreed Upon" and "Services Not Jointly Agreed Upon" to "Family Support Services Requested" and "Family Support Services Not Requested".
Child Maltreatment Maltreatment Disposition Summary report, "Fac - Facility investigation" section: The "No Maltreatment Occurred" fields (labels and report logic) erroneously included/looked for "Facility Not Resp." and "Staff Not Resp." data , which is not applicable when maltreatment determination is "No". As a result, some workgroups were not included in the counts.The fields now display correctly on the report as "No Maltreatment Occurred/CPS Needed" and "No Maltreatment Occurred/ No CPS Needed". The report logic has been updated as well.
Children's Mental Health A label change was needed for CMH Assessments.The "Assessed By" label has been changed to "Recorded By" on CMH Assessments.
Clearing Person Merge: The merge process needed to be updated to accommodate the new Attached files feature.When two person records are merged, any attached files are retained throughout the merge process.

»»»(Enhancement) Chronology, Documents, and Service Plans: Agencies requested a method of emailing and/or saving to an external file.State Service Plans can be emailed from the print preview screen. Individual RTF Editor fields (e.g. Intake Description of Need, Case Notes, etc.) have a "Save As" button that saves the editor data to a local drive. Additional email and external saving options are being reviewed for documents.

 Chronology: Clicking on the Action menu button caused the screen to flash for several seconds, then display an incorrect menu. This occurred when the "Date range" was "Custom" and the cursor was in either the "From" or "To" field.The correct Action menu displays, and the screen no longer flashes.

 Architecture: The Spacebar sometimes did not add spaces in the text while typing in the unexpanded RTF Editor. The "Date" and "Time" fields on a Contact/Activity reverted to to the defaults (current date and 12:00 AM). This occurred in the User Activity Log and Chronology, but the instances were infrequent.The Spacebar is correctly adding spaces in the typing, and fields are not reverting to defaults.

 Documents and HTML Service Plans: Selecting "Print Document" twice in a row produced an error message.The error message no longer displays.
Document Templates Documents and Service Plans: A single number displayed in the "Diagnosis code" column when the Setup tab had a dropdown menu option for "Diagnosis," The "Diagnosis code" column did not display the actual diagnosis code.The correct diagnosis code displays in the dropdown menu column.
Document Templates Documents and Service Plans: On the Setup tab with existing Participant information entered, selecting the same Participant in the dropdown menu cleared checkboxes and fields specific to the Participant.Checkboxes and fields specific to a Participant do not clear unless a different Participant is selected in the dropdown menu.

The cursor displayed in the closed RTF Editor field even when typing in a different field on the screen.The cursor displays only on the field currently in focus.

Editor Architecture: The full-screen view of the RTF Editor had a black bar across the bottom of the screen. This applied to the RTF Editor (blue E) located in Intake Description of need, Adult Maltreatment Report Description of Incident, Contacts/Activities, Case Notes, and State Service Plans.The black bar no longer displays in the expanded editor window.
Editor Architecture: In the RTF Editor, highlighting text on longer narratives displayed the blue highlight over only a portion of the selected text. This applied to the RTF Editor (blue E) located in Intake Description of need, Adult Maltreatment Report Description of Incident, Case Notes, Contacts/Activities, and State Service Plans.Selected text in a RTF Editor window displays with the blue highlighting while the cursor is hovering over the editor window.
Editor Architecture: The right-click menu for the RTF Editor displayed in front of other screens when selecting an external application (e.g. e-mail, internet search). This applied to the editor (blue E) located in Intake Description of need, Adult Maltreatment Report Description of Incident, Case Notes, Contacts/Activities, and State Service Plans.The right-click menu for an unexpanded RTF Editor box closes when navigating to an external application.
Editor Text highlighted with the "Text Highlight Color" formatting in the expanded RTF Editor did not display the highlighting on the printed version.Text highlighting displays on the printed version.
Editor Architecture: A spinning wheel continued to display after the save process finished for a RTF Editor field.The spinning wheel stops displaying when the save process finishes.
Editor Architecture: Selecting "Font" on the RTF Editor right-click menu the first time brought up the correct font formatting screen. Any subsequent clicks on the "Font" option brought up a small window that did not display the font formatting screen.The right-click menu no longer has an option for font formatting. Formatting is done in the expanded RTF Editor window.
Editor»»»Architecture > RTF Editor: A blinking cursor continued to display in the editor field when saving. Clicking on the Spacebar at that point expanded the editor. This occurred in Case Notes, Time Notes, Intake “Description of need”, and Adult Maltreatment Report “Description of incident.”The Spacebar no longer expands the editor window.

Fiscal -- Claiming Client Time Detail Report - The report did not page break after each worker, the title of the report displayed twice in the header, the report results did not default to expanded, and PMI # was in the incorrect order in the list of optional columns.The report now has a page break after each worker, the title of the report now displays only once, the report results open as expanded and the PMI # is now in the correct order in the list of optional columns.
Fiscal -- Claiming Right-clicking on a column splitter bar on the Time Proofing or Payment Proofing tab of a healthcare claim batch or right-clicking on the Search, Clear All, Select All and Restore Default buttons of the Time Proofing or Payment Proofing tabs of a healthcare claim batch caused the application to freeze and required the user to Ctrl/Alt/Delete.Right-clicking on a column splitter bar on the Time Proofing or Payment Proofing tab of a healthcare claim batch or right-clicking on the Search, Clear All, Select All and Restore Default buttons of the Time Proofing or Payment Proofing tabs of a healthcare claim batch has no functionality and allows the user to continue to work with proofing.
Fiscal -- Claiming Per MMIS, claim rate adjustment reason code 'MR' with the description '2% Sequestration Cutback' needed to be added to the MMIS Code table.Code MR - 2% Sequestration Cutback has been added to the MMIS_Code - 3490 table. This code will not display on claims generated in SSIS but on the remittance advice recieved from MMIS.
Fiscal -- Claiming Healthcare Claiming and IV-E Proofing Grids : Clicking on the green back arrow caused the grid to collapse.When working from a proofing grid that is grouped and expanded, navigating to other records and clicking on the green back arrow no longer returns the user to a collapsed grid. The grid remains in an expanded format.
Fiscal -- Claiming When generating the Claim Audit Report for multiple selections of Claim category, Disposition, Claim status or Claim Detail, report results were incomplete.Generating the Claim Audit Report with multiple selections of Claim Category, Disposition or Claim status produces accurate report results. The Claim detail field on the setup tab has been removed but the field is available as an optional column to add to the report results.
Fiscal -- Claiming When doing a Healthcare Claim search, if the client has alternate names they displayed in the search results multiple times.When doing a Healthcare Claim search and the client has alternate names, they now display in the search results only once.
Fiscal -- Claiming Claim Detail report: The "Expand All" function did not expand the rows or sub-grids in the report.The "Expand All" function has been fixed; however, the response time is dependent on the amount of data returned. To speed up the process, users should limit the search parameters which reduces the number of records to expand.
Fiscal -- Claiming Interface The following MMIS code needed to be added to SSIS: NCCI Prodedure Code Conflict.The MMIS Code NCCI Procedure Code Conflict was added.
Fiscal -- MA Eligibility (Enhancement) Do Not Claim Determination report - request to add age to grid.User can now sort the Do Not Claim Determination report by Age if they add that column to the grid.
Fiscal -- MA Eligibility  Healthcare Eligibility from MMIS folder - when there was no data and the user refreshed, the focus went to the Address folder.When a user refreshes and the focus is in the Healthcare Eligibility from MMIS folder, the focus stays on that folder.
Fiscal -- MA Eligibility (Enhancement) Do Not Claim Detail report: Request to add Gender to the report.Gender has been added to the report.
Fiscal -- MA Eligibility Healthcare Eligibility from MMIS. Per MMIS request added new code to the Reason field on the PPHP Exclusion screen.MNSure tracking has been added to the PPHP Exclusion screen.
Fiscal -- MA Eligibility The Reason field on the Do Not Claim Determination screen was converted into two fields: Reason and Plan.The Reason field will only contain reasons for the Do Not Claim Determination and the Plan field will be used to document the client's health care plan.

Fiscal -- MA Eligibility  MMIS Service Agreement report: A "TdoClient" error displayed when large date ranges were selected.The "TdoClient" error does not display if the "Date Range" on the Setup screen is limited to a client or a small date range.
Fiscal -- Payments (Enhancement) Payment Batch Search: Request to add an optional column to the grid.The Invoice Number has been added as an optional column to the Payment grid for the Payment Batch Search.
Fiscal -- Payments Payments - The Warning message about number of days allowed based on the number of days of service was not being received correctly.The folllowing two messages are now being received correctly:
WARNING: "Units" (value) exceeds the maximum number of units possible (MaxUnitsValue) for the “Unit type” (value) and service dates (mm/dd/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy).
WARNING: "Units" (value) is less than the days of service (ValidUnitsValue) and “IV-E Reimbursable” is “Yes.” IV-E requires the “Units” to match the number of days of service.
Fiscal -- Payments When trying to delete a draft payment with data in the License # field, this erorr displayed: "Could not convert variant of type (Null) into type (OleStr)."User is now able to delete a draft payment without having to remove the data in the License # field.
Fiscal -- Service Arrangements»»»Service Arrangements: Under Fiscal Details, when a Service Agreement had an associated arrangement, the client name fields on the arrangement were not always disabled.Now a Client cannot be changed if a Service Arrangement is associated with a Service Agreement. The Client Name, and SSIS Person # fields and the Person Search button are always disabled whenever a Service Arrangement is associated with an agreement. (The misspelling of the word "client" was also corrected in the fly over hint for the Client Name field,)
Fiscal -- Service Arrangements Service Arrangement: In the Workgroup field dropdown grid, a column label displayed incorrectly.The "Staff Name" column now displays correctly as the "Primary Worker" column.
Fiscal -- Service Arrangements Service Agreements: Under Fiscal Details and in the Service Agreement Search, several optional columns were missing from the grids.Payee SSIS Bus Org # and Service SSIS Bus Org # optional columns now display in the Field Chooser and in the available columns dropdown on grid headers. The agreements are now sorted alphabetically under Fiscal Details when accessed from either Case Details or from a Business Organization Search.
Fiscal -- Service Arrangements Service Arrangements: Pre-printed Vouchers: For agencies with only one location address record, the Return Address field did not default to the only address on record.The Return Address field now defaults to the only location record in SSIS Admin. If agencies have more than one location record, the Return Address field will not be defaulted but will have a dropdown to select from.
Fiscal -- Service Arrangements Amendment tab: For some arrangements, the Units, Amount and Use other Vendor fields on an Original Amendment incorrectly became enabled. The field behaved as if it was a New Amendment.No fields on the Original Amendment are enabled. If a New Amendment is needed, when the arrangement Status is Active/Payments, use the "New Amendment" menu option.
Fiscal -- Service Arrangements Service Arrangement: Tabbing skipped most of the Fiscal details group box fields. The tabbing moved from the Location field directly to the Remittance advice desc. field, skipping the fields in-between.The tabbing now moves smoothly through the fields on the screen without skipping over sections.
Fiscal -- Service Arrangements Fiscal Details-Service Arrangements folder: The Count did not default into the summary footer.The Count in the summary footer defaults under the grid and no longer has to be manually added.
Fiscal -- Title IV-E
Abstract Report
 (Enhancement) Title IV-E Abstract Report : A method to exclude payments from IV-E claims, payment proofing, claimed payment proofing and child count proofing was requested by agencies.A new option has been added to exclude payments from the Title IV-E Abstract Report. If an Exclusion is entered on a payment, no claim will be generated. The payment displays when the Exclusions check box is selected and the proofing message will be 1250 " An Exclusion for the Title IV-E Abstract Report Exists." with a few exceptions. This message has been added as a new check box "Exclusions" and is available on payment proofing, claimed payment proofing and child count proofing.
Payments with an Exclusion record display proofing message #1250 with the following exceptions:
1) On Payment Proofing
a. 1202 "Service Dates too Old to Claim"; no proofing will display.
b. 1203 "Negative modification too Old to Claim"; 1250 will not display but the 1203 will continue to display.
c. 1206 "Negative Modification – IV-E Reimbursable is No"; 1250 will not display but the 1206 will continue to display.
2) On Child Count Proofing
a. Payments with an exclusion for "Title IV-E Abstract Report" will display under the "Exclusions" check box even when they previously didn't display on this proofing.
b. No proofing will display for the above exceptions for messages 1202, 1203 and 1206.
Intake»»»Intake Views searches (i.e., My Recent Intakes, Intakes Needing Action, All Recent Intakes, and Recent Intake Participants): The searches should have been set to 'search on open', but instead users had to manually run the searches after clicking on the search node in the tree view (except for the My Recent Intakes search, which did run the search upon clicking on the node).The Intake Views searches now 'search on open'... users do not need to manually execute the search.
Intake Intake Main Search, Intake Person Search and Unassigned Intake Search: Searches did not retain their search settings.These searches now retain their search settings.
Intake»»»RTF Editor: Several lines of blank space displayed in the editor field after closing a print preview. This occurred when text was entered into the editor field, but was not saved, prior to selecting the Print > Intake Summary. The scrollbar moved the screen display to the bottom of the newly added blank space.Extra spacing is no longer added when closing print preview.
Intake»»»Intake "Description of need": Pressing the Enter key caused the Intake screen to refresh. The problem occurred when adding text to the "Description of need", then moving the mouse cursor without selecting anything and clicking the Enter key. Text was either auto-saved (new intakes) or a save prompt displays (existing intakes).Pressing the Enter key after moving the mouse cursor no longer causes the Intake screen to refresh.
Intake»»»Intake: Cursor remained blinking in the "Description of need" for one intake when another intake was opened/edited, causing different intakes to have blinking cursors at the same time. Users could not tell which intake had focus.The cursor now only blinks in the intake that has focus.
Intake Intake Summary and Child Protection Intake Summary reports: When "Email report" was used, the resulting PDF version of the report cut off the last line of the "Description of need" text on the first page (if more than one page).All of the "Description of need" text now displays when "Email report" is used.
IV-E Eligibility»»»When the IV-E Reimbursability Submission Worksheet was in edit mode and the initial placement was voluntary, the CHIPS determination option (Yes or No) no longer displayed.If the initial placement is voluntary the CHIPS determination (Yes or No) button is disabled. It remains disabled even if the placement changes to court ordered. The CHIPS determination is only applicable if the initial placement is court ordered.
Outcomes Reports SSIS 6 was only including children that had a placement setting and did not count children with a location, absence, or continuous placement.SSIS 6 includes children with any placement setting, location, absence, or continuous placement.
Outcomes Reports»»»MN7 erroneously included the word "Substantiated" in various titles. This was not appropriate as the measure addresses Family Assessments.The word "Substantiated" has been removed from MN7 report/chart titles.

 (Enhancement) Person: Request to add a referral form for Infant and Toddler Intervention.The following changes have been made:
1) A new screen, "Infant and Toddler Intervention," is available from the "CWB/Education/Infant and Toddler Intervention" node.
2) A new data clean-up rule was implemented to conclude a child maltreatment report as "Assessment Complete": An "Infant and Toddler Intervention" referral is required for children who are under age 3 (as of the child maltreatment report end date) and are participants in a CP Assessment workgroup that has a track of “Family Investigation” with substantiated maltreatment. Either a “Referral Date” or “Reason child was not referred” satisfies the data clean-up rule.

 Address/Phone/Email/State Detail: The address Type drop-down list displayed "Physical Location" on ended address types. This occurred when there was an existing Physical Location address with no End Date."Physical Location" no longer displays as an option for ended addresses when an existing Physical Location is still open.

 Person and Related: In the Employment node, the flyover text on the Employer business organization search icon read "Select School Business Organization."The flyover text now reads "Select Employer business organization."

 Add Existing Phone Search: No prompt displayed preventing an associated phone record from being deleted in a Participant node. This occurred on Phone records with Associations to another Participant. The issue displayed when following these steps:
1. Select "Add Existing Phone" under a Participant / Address/Phone/Email/State Detail node.
2. Clear Participant information, and select the Phone tab.
3. Enter an existing Phone and select the Search button.
4. Select the returned record, and delete the Phone record.
A prompt displays notifying the user that a Phone record associated to a Person cannot be deleted.

The service was associated with no associated Claimable Activities since Include time = No, The SEAGR unit type for Service 607 is HOUR, therefore no additional SEAGR conversion was needed.
Reminders/Alerts Reminders: When SW Case Access Reminders were viewed by workers, other than the requesting worker, the View Workgroup Detail menu option was sometimes incorrectly enabled.Only requesting workers are allowed to access remote workgroups from their own Reminders. The View Workgroup Detail menu option is only enabled for the Requesting worker. Viewing others SW Case Access Reminders is only permitted if the user has the "View Other's Reminders and Alerts" Role/Function assigned in SSIS Administration.
Best Practice: SW Case Access Reminders for access granted should not be deleted at least until the Assessment is completed or information in the remote county no longer needs to be viewed.
Reminders/Alerts New Reminder: The "Participant Name" dropdown list did not contain the correct participants when the type-ahead feature was used to select the "Workgroup".The "Participant Name" field correctly populates whether the workgroup is selected from the "Workgroup" dropdown list or by using the type-ahead feature.
