Architecture - SSIS11/22/2013V13.2Service Arrangement and Payments Comments tab: When a user created Comment is created, the splitter flies over top of grid and remains there instead of in its normal position. This happens when a system created Comment already exists.A manual refresh will put the splitter back in it's normal position between the grid and the detail.
Architecture - SSIS5/8/2014V14.2Grids: Focus and highlighting of row are not always the same as the record displayed in the preview.Before taking an action from a grid verify the same record is displaying in the preview.
Architecture - SSIS7/9/2014V14.3Amendments: When a New Amendment is created, the splitter often remains at top of screen, over the grid, instead of above the detail view. When the detail view is moved below the grid, the splitter sometimes remains above the gridDouble click on the splitter to get it back into the normal position between the grid and the detail view. Once the splitter is back in place, it remains in the normal position in that session. However, if Service Arrangement Search screen is closed the splitter reverts to the position above the grid.
Architecture - SSIS3/4/2015V14.4Fiscal Details: When Service Arrangement changes are saved, occasionally multiple rows are automatically selected in the grid. The additional arrangements selected may not be immediately visible because they are in a collapsed Service Year group.
As a result:
a. Multi-select Warning messages may display, such as the Approve action is not enabled for an arrangement with Active/Payments Status.
b. Multiple arrangements could be approved when only a single one should have been approved or sent for approval.
To avoid multiple arrangements being selected:
a. Work with the arrangements full-screen instead of under the grid in Fiscal Details. Then use the back arrow on the tool bar to return to the grid.
b. Click on the arrangement in the grid before selecting an Action menu option such as Send for Approval or Approve.
c. If a multi-select Warning message displays that the action is not enabled click the "Ignore" button to continue.
Architecture - SSIS4/14/2015V15.2Searches: For those searches opened from menu options that start with “Add existing …”, the search screen opens with the splitter flush with the left hand side of the screen instead of the tree displaying. Some examples of the menu options include Add existing LNDX Link (in Bus Org under Licenses folder), Add existing Address (Person & Bus Org), Add existing Phone (Person & Bus Org) (Person & Bus Org), and Add existing Email (Person & Bus Org).
[Add existing client and Add existing collateral are different because a version of the Person Search screen opens.]
Move the splitter to the further to the right side of the screen for the tree to be visible.
Architecture - SSIS8/31/2015V15.3Grids: Selecting the "Export Raw Grid" menu option displays a message saying: "This grid has a preview column that is currently hidden. If you would like to see this data in the raw data export, please cancel and turn on that field first. Continue?"Click "OK" and the grid will export correctly.
Bus Org./Provider2/26/2014V13.3Print Detail Report: The print preview opens behind the Business Organization Search screen. The issue occurs when accessing Business Organization Search through another screen (e.g. Person > Education/Employment, Service Arrangements Search, Payment Search, etc.).Right-click on the Taskbar, and select "Cascade Windows" to see all open screens.
Bus Org./Provider6/11/2014V14.1Cancelling a duplicate "Payment" phone in an imported vendor clears the "Type" field, and does not cancel the record. Additional errors may display preventing further navigation.Refresh the screen to remove the cancelled phone record.

This problem does not occur if the Editor text is aligned in a way other than fully justified (e.g., can be aligned left, aligned right, or aligned center to avoid the problem).
To change the alignment/justification:
1. Highlight all text in the Editor
2. Click on the “Home” tab
3. Select "Align Text Left" button (or "Center" button, or "Align Text Right" button)
4. Text alignment/justification will change
5. Exit the Editor, save the record, then print and email the report
Spacing gaps will not occur.

This occurs on older records that contained copied and pasted tables from the SSIS editor in version 5.4 or earlier.Print the Case Note to view the record as originally entered.

For example, the "Find/Replace" function can be used to replace words or phrases typed in shorthand with the longhand version.

Editor7/27/2015V15.2RTF Documents: Selecting the "Replace" button inserts the "replace with" text in front of the existing text. The button is available following these steps:
1. Select the blue E to expand the RTF editor.
2. Click on the "Home" tab.
3. Select "Replace" in the ribbon view.
4. The ribbon view displays the find and replace options, including the buttons "Replace" and "Replace All".
Select the "Replace All" button.
Exp. Statewide Search8/17/2015V15.3Relationship/TPR tab: On the tab, In the results grid for an agency, a "connection is unavailable. Please try again later." message occasionally displays instead of the relationships. The connection was not lost because it is available on the Workgroups tab. Some very long relationship descriptions cannot be displayed in the grid.If more information is needed about the client, use the Request Access option to directly view the Relationships in client detail in the agency listed in the grid row.
Fiscal -- Claiming7/31/2013V13.3Claim Audit Report - When selecting Additional filters or Amount filters on the report Setup tab the report results include all claims within the selected Change date range instead of a subset of those results. In the report results use the Group By Box option to sort the report results by the field desired.
Fiscal -- Claiming8/15/2013V13.3Claim Detail Report: When the "Export Raw Grid" option is selected for the report, the error message "List index out of bounds (17)" displays."Export Grid" functionality works without error. b. If a Service Arrangement Search is done the fields refresh and data displays in the fields.
c. Switch to a different arrangement and back to the one that you are working on the fields refresh and data displays in the fields.

Person Search3/13/2015V14.3Person Search: Name Search - when similar names are returned, by default, the names are incorrectly sorted in reverse order.In order for the names to be sorted by A – Z, sort on the name column in the results grid.
Placement12/3/2014V14.3The Placements with Overlapping Dates report does not account for situations when two placements are currently open. The report looks for the start date of a new placement overlapping the end date of a previous placement, but doesn't take into account a previous placement with no end date. 
Reminders/Alerts6/25/2013V13.2Reminders and Alerts: Two issues exist: 1) The pop-up message notifying users of new alerts/reminders is not displaying. 2) The green checks that indicate new alerts/reminders are not displaying consistently.Until the bug is resolved, do not rely on the pop-up message for notification of new alerts/reminders. Manually check the Reminders and Alerts log, sort by Date if necessary.
SDM8/28/2015V15.3Reunification Assessment > Print Blank Tools: Selecting the option to print a blank tool opens up the blank Safety Assessment tool.Use the treeview or the grid to select the Reunification Assessment tool.
Service Plan & Review1/18/2013V12.4Service Plans>Child Protective Services Plan and Family Assessment Service Plan: The Strengths and Needs Assessment tool fields do not refresh information when adding a Client, and entering them as a Secondary Caregiver on the Decision Tool node. This occurs when the Strengths and Needs Assessment tool and Child Protective Services Plan are created first, and the Secondary Caregiver is added to the workgroup afterwards. The new Decision Tool information does not display on the Service Plan Setup tab if no changes are made to the 'Caregiver Priorities' tab of the Decision Tool.Remove selections on the "Caregiver Priorities" tab of the Strengths and Needs Assessment tool. Save the tool and re-select priority strengths and needs. Return to the Service Plan, and refresh the Strengths and Needs Assessment tool field.
Service Plan & Review11/27/2013V13.4Documents and Service Plans > Setup tab: Refreshing a Participant field sometimes deletes information in the related fields. This occurs when a Client is merged after the document or service plan is created. Participant fields appear blank, and related functions (e.g. Move Service Plan on an Out of Home Placement Plan) do not return expected results.Access the dropdown menu for the Participant, and select the new name for the Client.

Staff Activity3/5/2014V14.1Time Summary by Service report>A double outline displays around the cells making it difficult to read the results..After the report is displayed in the Preview, click on the Email button to view or print the report in PDF format. Printing the report in PDF format can make it easier to read but does not completely solve the problem.
Workgroup & Related/Caseload List2/9/2012V12.1The Case List with Clients Report is not accurately totaling the number of workgroups or the number of clients at the end of the report.Run the Case List grid or Case list banded reports to get a correct total of workgroups. In some instances users can get thousands of copies of the same report if they are unable to cancel the print job. They will also see the Report Notes section multiple times on the same printed copy of the report.None
