Online Registration Process

Step 2: | Unique Key Request: To register for or begin taking courses you must obtain a by filling out a . After you complete the form click Submit. The link to this form is located on the TrainLink . If you already have an X1#, please provide this in the first field on the “Unique Key Request Form”. Your unique key will be confirmed and emailed to you within 2 business working days. |
ATTN: State employees should use their employee ID# as their unique key. | |
If you already have a unique key, you will still need to complete this form so we can update our records with any new information. | |
If you already have a Unique Key, and have forgotten it, click here, to search in TrainLink Unique Key Search by your registered email address. | |
Step 3: | When you have received your email confirmation, you are ready to begin taking courses. Return to the TrainLink . Scroll down and click on Health Care, which is located in the middle column of the home page. This will connect you to the Health Care Learning Center. Click “Sign On” in the top right corner. Enter your Unique Key, click OK. Your name will appear in the top right corner. |
Step 4: | Click on the menu item labeled “Course Catalog”. |
Step 5: | Search for a course, either using a course name or the course ID |
Step 6: | Click on the appropriate class. |
Step 7: | Click on the “SELECT” button in front of the online course you want to begin |
Step 8: | Click the “Start Course” button to begin. |
