Webinar announcement: 245D licensing and disability services virtual roundtable series

Description

The DHS Licensing and Disability Services divisions will host a virtual roundtable series about issues providers face when implementing specific 245D requirements. Each roundtable discussion will focus on a specific topic.

During each roundtable, participants will have the opportunity to:

• Share their experiences.
• Ask questions.
• Identify opportunities to partner with each other.
• Review 245D requirements and strategies to meet them.
• Provide ideas about best practices in positive supports.

DHS will provide:

• Resources for more training.
• Examples or information sheets about specific practices.
• References to other organizations.

Target audience

All interested parties, including:

• Lead agency staff.
• Case managers.
• Basic, intensive, in-home and employment support service providers.
• Residential supports and services providers.
• Day service providers.

Registration information

Register using TrainLink

You must have a unique key to register and receive credit for training.
Note: TrainLink does not allow same-day registration.

Steps

• Go to TrainLink.
• Under “Learning Centers,” select Disability Services.
• Sign on in the upper-right corner.
• Enter your unique key.
• Select Upcoming webinars/Live training.
• Select All DSD Sessions.
• Search “DSD607.”
• Select a session.
• Select Enroll in this class in the upper right and follow the registration instructions.
