Purpose: To announce changes to EVV contact information
Effective: Immediately

EVV contact information update

Effective immediately, the DHS EVV team will no longer monitor the DHS.128@state.mn.us email inbox for EVV inquiries.

Note: DHS will continue to use the DHS.128@state.mn.us email for other non-EVV purposes.

Updated contact information

For questions about EVV policy, contact the DHS EVV team using the DSD Contact Form. The form allows you to submit your inquiry securely and directly to the EVV team.

For questions about the HHAeXchange (HHAX) system, use the HHAX Client Support Portal.

For questions about third-party EVV systems, contact the EVV vendor.

The contact us tab on DHS – EVV includes detailed contact information.

If your organization's website includes EVV contact information, please update it to match the information in this eList.
