RFP to analyze funding models for direct support worker retirement benefits

DHS seeks proposals from qualified responders to analyze prospective models to fund retirement benefits for self-directed Medicaid services direct support workers.

DHS expects the term of any resulting contract to be from September 2024 to Dec. 1, 2024.

Process to submit a proposal

To submit a proposal in response to this RFP, responders must use the Minnesota Supplier Portal. Responders cannot submit proposals through mail, fax or email.

Deadline for submission

Responders must submit their proposal through the online application portal by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024. DHS will not accept late submissions.
