Description | This webinar will cover the human factors and safety science principles that are vital to analyze critical incidents and inform decision-making. It also will explain how and why DHS uses this incident review model to study the disability services system. For more information, refer to DHS – Culture of Safety critical incident review. Note: DHS offers the Culture of Satefy Orientation twice a year. This training will cover the same information as previous Culture of Safety Orientations. |
