Description | This webinar will cover human factors and safety science principles necessary to analyze critical incidents and inform decision-making. It also will explain how and why DHS uses this incident review model to study the disability services system. For more information, refer to DHS – Culture of safety critical incident review. Note: DHS offers the Culture of Safety Orientation twice a year. This training will cover the same information as previous Culture of Safety Orientations. |
