Webinar announcement: MnCHOICES Initial Assessment Review – Overview and Q&A

Description

DHS will host a webinar about the MnCHOICES initial assessment review implementation. We will go over basic implementation information and answer pre-submitted questions.

Note: Participants must submit their questions by Monday, July 7, 2025. To submit a question, refer to DHS – 365 days assessment viability questions.

Learning objectives

After the session, participants will be able to:

• Explain the policy implementation, including relevant timelines, required actions and available resources.
• Describe the policy’s purpose and scope, including its goals, effective date and key changes.

Target audience

All lead agency staff, including:

• MnCHOICES mentors.
• Certified assessors.
• Case managers.
• Care coordinators.
