Description | DHS is offering a webinar called “Supporting disability providers through community stress and secondary trauma” because ongoing exposure to stress increases the risk of secondary trauma, compassion fatigue and burnout. The webinar will cover validation, resilience and tools for support staff to help sustain themselves in their critical work during difficult times. |
