CFSS implementation updates
DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates throughout the transition.

DHS comprehensively reviewed and updated DHS – CFSS and lead agencies FAQ.
MMIS system updates
DHS continues to test and fix bugs in MMIS. Counties/Tribal Nations can use Service Agreement and Screening Document (SASD) Support Team Portal, DHS 3754 to report issues to DHS.
Training
DHS comprehensively reviewed and expanded the CFSS policy for lead agency training (TrainLink course CFSS_PO). DHS encourages lead agency staff who completed the training before April 20, 2026, to review the updated training.
DHS removed the following TrainLink courses:
The update to CFSS_PO replaces the need for these trainings.
