GRH:
People have a GRH basis of eligibility if they:
● | Have an application pending for, or are appealing termination or denial of, Social Security Disability (through RSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). |
AND | |
● | Have a professionally certified permanent or temporary illness, injury, or incapacity which is expected to last for more than 30 days AND which prevents them from obtaining or keeping employment. See 0010 (Verification), 0012.12 (Applying for Other Benefits). |
