Parent Support Outreach Program (PSOP)

PSOP participant satisfaction survey:

  • The Parent Support Outreach Program is partially supported by federal Community-based Child Abuse Prevention funds, which requires parent satisfaction surveys. County and tribal agencies are expected to distribute parent satisfaction surveys at case closing with each family. A $5 gift card may be offered for completing a survey; funds from the PSOP allocation can be used to pay for this. The survey can be completed online in the participant’s preferred language via the links below. Paper surveys can also be completed and sent to the department quarterly.

    PSOP expenditure reporting:

    Agencies receiving PSOP funding are expected to complete a short survey about PSOP spending, quarterly. The survey may be completed online via the link below. When completing survey questions, provide amounts of PSOP funds used in each category for the reporting quarter. One staff will complete this survey for each agency. Agency staff will provide contact information in the survey and if there are any follow-up questions, the department may contact staff directly.

    Allocations and funding:

    The department publishes annual PSOP allocations using a predetermined formula on the fiscal reporting and accounting website.
