People who meet the following criteria:

●	Citizens of Afghanistan,
●	Who entered the United States with Humanitarian Parole, AND
●	Were granted Humanitarian Parole between July 31, 2021 and September 30, 2023.

Afghan Humanitarian Parolees are eligible for public benefits to the same extent as refugees.

Certain immediate relatives of the people who did enter within that window are also eligible to the same extent as Refugees.
