PEOPLE WHO ARE UNDOCUMENTED

Undocumented people are non-citizens who are living in the United States but do not have immigration documentation that grants them lawful permission to be in the United States.
This includes:
● | People who do not have a current immigration status |
● | People who once had an immigration status and it has expired and they do not have a new immigration status, |
● | People who once had an immigration status but lost it, or |
● | People who have a final order of removal from the United States. |
This does not include People whose Deportation has been Withheld or People who have Withholding of Removal. See 0031.12 (Withholding of Removal/Deportation Withheld).
Eligibility | No eligibility for cash or food. Refer applicants for food assistance from local food shelves. |
