Problem-solving steps for MnCHOICES users

A user must follow the steps below to troubleshoot a problem when using the application before attempting to contact the MnCHOICES Help Desk. If a user goes though all of these steps and still cannot find a resolution, they should reach out to their mentor for more options.

- Current Functionality and Future Enhancements document
- Practice guides
- Smart guides
- Micro-learnings
- Other help center resources.
- Have you done the MnCHOICES training that discusses the content or workflow you have a question about? If not, go to PartnerLink - MnCHOICES training and do the training that covers the issue. If you have taken the training about your topic, review the specific the specific module related the issue.
- Review DHS policy manuals if the question is policy-related.
- Contact your mentor for more options or potential solutions if you complete all of these steps without a resolution. If a mentor does not have an answer, they will follow the MnCHOICES Help Desk process.
