New ratings for Assisted Living Report Card

On May 15, 2025, DHS published new ratings for its Assisted Living Report Card. The new ratings include resident health, safety and staffing ratings from surveys conducted by the Minnesota Department of Health between September and December 2024.

DHS plans to publish its next round of report card ratings in July 2025.
