Request for grant proposals to provide technology assistance to HCBS recipients

DHS is seeking grant proposals to provide technology assistance to older adults and people with disabilities. The grants will help people who do not have access to the technology needed to use remote service delivery and telehealth. Read the full announcement on the Grants and RFPs webpage.

DHS will make $4 million available as one-time funding to home and community-based providers for older adults and/or people with disabilities. Proposals should:

  • · Address technology support for people who live in their own homes
  • · Enhance a person’s access to HCBS services
  • · Strengthen a person’s ability to live independently and stay connected to the community.
