Transition from PCA to CFSS | DHS is in the process of replacing personal care assistance (PCA) and the Consumer Support Grant (CSG) with Community First Services and Supports (CFSS). For more information about this transition, refer to CFSS Manual – Transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS. Overview | This page describes how to complete the ADHS screen for both PCA and CFSS. DHS uses the ADHS screen to communicate with the county/tribal nation about PCA/CFSS services. DHS also uses the ADHS screen for other services or programs. The county/tribal nation uses the AHC3 screen to communicate with DHS. If the county/tribal nation needs more space, they can enter comments on the ADHS screen. The county/tribal nation must sign and date all comments. | ||

DHS comments field (DHS COMMENTS) | When DHS receives an SA routed from a county/tribal nation, DHS enters comments in the DHS COMMENTS field to: | ||
Navigation | If the ADHS screen has multiple pages of comments, the county/tribal nation presses function key F11 to continue to the next page. After the county/tribal nation reviews DHS’ comments, they press a transmit key to advance to the APRV screen. | ||
