MCO Manage Completed Requests

Overview

The Manage Completed Requests page is the landing page where you can view the enrollment requests your Managed Care Organization (MCO) submitted that Minnesota Health Care Programs’ Provider Eligibility and Compliance team has completed processing.

Steps to log in to the MCO Manage Completed Requests page:

  • Step 1 Log in to MN-ITS using your MCO username.
  • Step 2 Click the link for the Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) Portal in the left-side navigation. (If you do not see the link, contact your MN-ITS administrator.) This opens the MCO Home page.
  • Step 3 Under the Manage Completed Requests section, you will see the Manage Completed Requests Actions section on this page. Click on the Completed Requests link.
  • View the completed requests submitted by your organization under the Completed Managed Care Organization Enrollment Requests section on this page. This is where you will see the outcome of completed requests.
  • Completed MCO Enrollment Requests section basics:

    Submit Date

    The date you submitted the request.

    Status/Outcome

    On the Manage Completed Requests page, you will see the status and outcome of the requests your MCO submitted. The status of your request will be Complete and the outcome will be either Denied or Approved.

    Complete Denied

    This status and outcome means that MHCP has processed the request and it is denied.

    Complete Approved

    This status and outcome means that MHCP has processed the request and it is approved.

    Request Actions

    In this column, the list of actions that you can take on a completed request will display.

    View Request

    Click View Request to review the request listed in the row next to it. You will be able to view the information for that request, but will not be able to make changes.

    Summary Report

    Click Summary Report to view and print a summary report of a profile. The summary report contains detailed information that reflects the current MHCP record and provides the profile in the form of a document that you can print and file for future reference.

    View Differences Report

    Click Differences Report to view the requested information changes your organization submitted for the provider.

    View Notes

    The View Notes option will only appear if Provider Eligibility and Compliance communicated about the request.

    Navigation

    To navigate through the MPSE portal, use the right-side navigation bar to click on the link for the page you want to access. Using the right-side navigation bar is a quick way to view or go to a specific page within the MPSE portal.
