Providers selected for 2024 DWRS cost reporting cycle
On March 27, 2024, DHS selected provider organizations to participate in the 2024 DWRS cost reporting cycle.
DHS emailed the selected providers’ authorized agents to explain:
Note: On March 27, 2024, DHS emailed incorrect login information to authorized agents. On March 29, 2024, we emailed authorized agents the correct information. Authorized agents should check their email to confirm they received the correct login information.
Provider responsibilities
Selected providers must submit and attest to 12 months of business costs. The last day of the 12-month period cannot be more than 18 months before the submission date. For most organizations, this period is their most recently completed fiscal year.
The cost report requires providers to report:
Selected providers must submit their cost report by Aug. 31, 2024. If a selected provider fails to complete the cost report by the deadline, it can result in stop payment for services.
