Public comment period for draft state plan amendment
DHS posted a draft state plan amendment (SPA) to the Medicaid state plan for public review.
SPA 24-39 Provider Qualification Changes (PDF) makes changes to provider qualifications for EIDBI QSPs. It also includes provider qualification changes for child and family psychoeducation, mental health services and adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS). The proposed changes have an effective date of Jan. 1, 2025. DHS does not expect these changes to have a fiscal impact.
