Help shape the future of training for aging services professionals

DHS and the University of Minnesota Northstar Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program invite professionals who work with older adults on EW/AC programs (e.g., care coordinators, case managers, assessors, supervisors, other lead agency staff) to complete a brief survey.

Survey purpose

The survey is part of a five-year effort to better understand the current training landscape and develop more accessible, relevant and practical learning opportunities for people who work with older adults.

Survey input will:

· Help identify the most useful training topics for daily work.

· Improve training availability and delivery.

· Make sure future trainings reflect the needs and priorities of Minnesota’s aging services professionals.

· Help improve support for people who receive services.

· Estimated time to complete: 5-10 minutes
