Overview | Lead agencies can use these resources for help to administer Aging and Adult Services Division (AASD) home and community-based services, programs and waivers. | ||
Connect people to resources | For help connecting older adults and their families to services, contact Minnesota Aging Pathways by calling 800-333-2433. To find a service provider, search Minnesota Aging & Disability Resources. For concerns or questions about long-term care service access, including people’s rights and the regulations that apply to long-term care facilities and home and community-based services, contact the Office of Ombudsman for Long-Term Care by calling 800-657-3591. To report suspected abuse, neglect, self-neglect or financial exploitation of vulnerable adults, refer to DHS – Vulnerable adult protection and elder abuse or contact the Minnesota Adult Abuse Reporting Center by calling 844-880-1574. | ||

Training | AASD and the Minnesota Board on Aging offer several online courses for lead agency staff and people who want to learn more about how to serve and support older adults more broadly.
