Background

DHS offers many help desks to support lead agencies administer programs and services.

DSD Response Center

The Disability Services Division (DSD) Response Center provides support to lead agency staff who administer DSD home and community-based services, programs and waivers. For more information, refer to CBSM – DSD Response Center.

MHCP Member Help Desk

Applicants for and members of Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) can call the MHCP Member Help Desk with questions about Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare. For more information, refer to DHS – MHCP Member Help Desk.

Service Agreement and Screening Document (SASD) Support Team
