EIDBI comprehensive licensing online feedback sessions
DHS will hold two online sessions to gather feedback about EIDBI comprehensive licensing in December 2025. The sessions are open to the public.
Reason for feedback sessions
We plan to hold these sessions because the 2025 Minnesota Legislature passed changes that affect the EIDBI benefit (refer to Laws 2025, First Special Session, chapter 9, article 6). As a result, DHS is developing comprehensive EIDBI licensing standards.
How to join the feedback sessions

Future engagement opportunities
In 2026, DHS will engage with the EIDBI advisory group and the public about comprehensive EIDBI licensing standards. To learn about future engagement opportunities, sign up for DHS’ EIDBI licensure email updates.
