Lead agency review feedback survey opens in March
Starting March 9, the home and community-based services (HCBS) Lead Agency Review team will survey some staff members from lead agencies reviewed between October 2019 and September 2021. This survey will ask for feedback and reflections on the lead agency review process. Responses will help inform improvements to processes in future lead agency reviews.
DHS’ vendor, The Improve Group, will administer the survey and keep responses anonymous.
