DHS Systems and IT Updates IT Modernization

IT Systems Modernization

Four main modernization efforts are underway in an effort to transform the current structure to an integrated system:

  • Minnesota Eligibility Technology System (METS)
  • Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)
  • Direct Care Treatment (DCT)
  • Integrated Service Delivery System (ISDS)

This vision reflects Minnesota Human Services commitment – in close cooperation with county and tribal partners and other key stakeholders – to create a streamlined, person-centered delivery system by integrating several legacy systems and re-thinking and improving social service delivery in Minnesota.
