Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) Manual

  • The objective of Minnesota’s SNAP Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) program is to help SNAP participants transition from public assistance to self-sufficiency by preparing for and obtaining paid employment. The program accomplishes this by creating an individualized Employment Plan (EP) geared to moving the participant into a job as quickly as possible.
