The Intermediate Care Facilities for Persons with Developmental Disabilities Systems (ICF/DD) Manual is a reference tool for lead agencies and ICF/DD providers to understand reporting and payment policies. All lead agencies and ICF/DD providers are responsible to reference and implement the information in this manual.
