This module introduces you to the three key components of community engagement.  They are:

  • Assessment
  • Building Relationships
  • Communication

You will also be introduced to methods to help you gather and assess data about your community so you can best determine what residents need and value most.   The module also provides examples of how to reach out to other agencies to develop strategic partnerships.
