8. Reports
Incomplete Status Record:
Generates report of records for the specific agency location where the Completed Record box has not been check and saved.
The following information is available on the report:
· PMI, SMI, AMHID, Start Date, Client Status, and Submit Date
Monthly Status Report:
Generates client report for the specific agency location where a New Status has not been created within the last 150 days (5 months) for Client Status records that are New Client or Continuing Client.
The following information is available on the report:
· PMI, SMI, AMHID, Start Date, Client Status, and Submit Date
For reports with one or more listed records, complete the following steps by the end of the month:
· Select the HOME tab· Enter the recipient’s PMI and select “Search for Existing MHIS Clients” · Locate the PMI record with the Current Rec (2nd to the last column) value as True · Select the “Status Update” option (first column) · Update the client-level data fields with information that was collected within one week of the client’s status update date. · Check the Record Complete box and then select the “Save” button · Complete required fields that are blank or have value errors and then select the “Save” button· Repeat above step as necessary until you are given the message “Client record has been saved”
