The CR was created to allow a consolidated provider to be added on an Attending Provider. This will be entered in loop 2310A. The CR was created to allow a consolidated provider to be added on an Attending Provider. This will be entered in loop 2310A, Attending Provider. · NPI/UMPI - (Loop: 2330D, REF02) corrected to (Loop: 2310A, NM101). · Added the note: added to (Loop: 2300, HI102-2-HI12) referring Provider to MHCP Provider Manual for billing TPL along with MHCP and for reporting active or termination of health insurance.
