MHCP MN–ITS 837I Institutional User Guides provide step-by-step instructions for using MN–ITS Direct Data Entry (DDE).

These user guides list which MN–ITS fields you must complete on an 837I Institutional Claim when requesting MHCP reimbursement for health care.
