December 2019 December 18 Direct Data Entry (DDE) · Verify Eligibility for MHCP Members – We removed the multiple eligibility tab and clarified and reformatted instructions for consolidated providers. · Eligibility Verification – We clarified that multiple eligibility requests can be submitted electronically, up to a maximum of 50 at a time.

August 2019 August 15 MN–ITS Administration · MN–ITS Administration – We clarified text under Level III of MN–ITS User Levels in Your Organization to better explain the MN-ITS Primary Administrator's abilities. August 5 837I Institutional · Inpatient Substance Use Disorder Services (SUD) – In the Claim Information grid, we added instructions for billing compliance code Value Code 24 and 5-digit rate codes for billing room and board services for MCO member recipients.

February 2019 February 22 837P Professional · HCBS Waiver, Alternative Care (AC), Moving Home Minnesota and Housing Support Supplemental Services Claims – We changed Group Residential Housing Support Supplemental Services Claims to Housing Support Supplemental Claims in the title. February 1 837I Institutional · Inpatient Chemical Dependency (CD) Services · We changed the Field Instruction for Field Name Statement Date (To) under Claim Information to Enter the service end date. Date of discharge or transfer must be included on the final claim. · We changed the Field Instruction for Field Name Patient Status under Claim Information to From the dropdown menu options, select the appropriate patient status code. For example, select 30 for still inpatient or 01 for discharged to home or self care (routine discharge).
