· Provider Lists – Under the Tiered Wage PCA/CFSS heading, we removed the note that explained the list will be available Jan. 1, 2025, and be updated twice a week, updated the name of the list to match what is shown in MN–ITS, and explained cells in column E will be blank if the provider has not met 1,001 hours.

· Room and Board Services for Adult Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS), Children’s Mental Health Residential Treatment (CMHRT), and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS)

· We combined Adult Residential Crisis Stabilization Services, Children's Mental Health Residential Treatment, and Intensive Residential Treatment Services Room & Board Services into one user guide. We renamed it Room and Board Services for Adult Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS), Children’s Mental Health Residential Treatment (CMHRT), and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS). We have removed Adult Residential Crisis Stabilzation Services (RCS) Room & Board Services from the table of contents as a user guide

· We added instructions for Children's Mental Health Residential Treatment to this user guide.

· County Mailbox Application Quick Guide

· We added an opening paragraph to explain what the County Mailbox contains, including Health Care Consumer Support (HCCS) files.

· Under the Using the County Mailbox Application heading, we updated some steps and updated and added screenshots as reference for searching for files within the County Mailbox. We also updated and added screenshots within a few steps that show HCCS file type.

· Under the Create a New User and the Update an Existing User ID headings, we updated steps 8 and 6, respectively, to include checking access to the HCCS file type.

We added links to the NUBC UB-04 in the TOB and Patient Status field names for ease of finding the manual.
