· Medical Authorization (278) Home Care – We added information that home care authorizations can be requested directly from the review agent. We also updated the fax number where supporting documentation must be sent when using MN–ITS to request these authorizations.

· In the Enhanced Rate section, we clarified to use the Personal Care Assistance Providers A-Z spreadsheet in MN-ITS to confirm the enhanced rate training is added to a worker's record. We also clarified instruction and contact information if your worker is not on the list.
