MHCP MN–ITS 837I Institutional User Guides provide step-by-step instructions for using MN–ITS Direct Data Entry (DDE).

These user guides list which MN–ITS fields you must complete on an 837I Institutional Claim when requesting MHCP reimbursement for health care.

Use the basic Inpatient Services or Outpatient Services user guides in the following list if the individual service you are billing is not service specific.
