17.30 Family Violence Waiver

ISSUE DATE: 09/2020

Family Stabilization Services Criteria:

Description.	Participants who have verified safety concerns and have a family violence waiver.
Who Is Qualified to Certify the Condition.	For more information about how a participant gets a Family Violence Waiver, see 8 (Family Violence Waiver).
Workforce One Employment Plan Type.	FSS – Family Violence Waiver.
