Definition | CDCS support planning services: Optional services that are available to help a person develop and implement their CDCS community support plan (CSP). If a person chooses to receive support planning services, the cost is included in their budget. | ||
Overview | A certified support planner provides CDCS support planning services to help the person develop their CSP and comply with established CDCS policy, self-direction principles and federally approved waiver plans. For more information about the support planner’s role and qualifications, refer to CDCS Manual – Support planners (unbundled). For information about other CDCS service categories, refer to CDCS Manual – Unbundled service categories. | ||
Covered services | Services must meet the criteria on CDCS Manual – Allowable and unallowable goods and services under CDCS.
