a circle with Strategic Positioning with smaller circles around labled People, Product, Public, Price, Place, Production and Promotion with People HighlightedYour Board - Consumers of your service and volunteers should also be an integral part of your board.  They are either the end users of your service or the individuals who volunteer to provide the service.  They are the ultimate source of information about how effective you are and what improvements might be needed to keep you sustainable.  Think carefully and identify two or three key consumers and volunteers who are most actively involved and invite them to sit on the board.
